Hotfire, although I do agree with you that wording is paramount I must disagree with you that the wording given the $5m is inconclusive.

In this circumstance it must be described as expected as it has not become fact (or it would be described as received) - unfortunately from a legal / accountant perspective this is how it must be written.

And as this does not sit right with you, tell me "How would you write it"?
