i disagree completely, there is nothing linking the $19million to the vote, and even IF they asked for it back on the result of a NO vote, on what grounds?
We have an agreement and if they want to torch it and go home that's fine but there is no chance they get a lump sum payment back, they get it via the ships over a 2yr period..
