    There is currently offer to buy at $1.50 and $1.55 but people are not rushing out to sell.

    Clearly holders feel, the stock is worth much more than $1.50 offered by the recap

    vote NO to re-cap.. we want management to try and negotiate senior loan without diluting existing share holders.
