I think you'd have to make a very long term play if you were banking on Torrens providing value for ARE. In the near term, check out John435's post on the potential at Alford West - Exploration free carried by Sandfire and right next door to ADN's deposit thats been getting some decent hits.
Work a look. Haven't heard much about the Zambian operations. Would be nice to get an update.
