We were told in the 23rd August update that the DFC was completed. In fact, the plans and 3D models were available for viewing.
The last 3B was on the 21st August.
Somehow, ARUP has spent $450,000 since 21st Aug. According to my calculations, that's maybe 20 people, full time, working for ESI, and the DFC is completed.
Anyone any idea what they are working on? Must be something big - maybe updating for India?
