TBE - They will not exceed 19.9% if you include the entitlement as the percentage holding will be a ratio of shares outstanding + newly issued shares. Their holding percentage will actually drop because they purchased more shares after the ex date and therefore are not entitled to take the 1/9 from the recent share purchases and these shares will be diluted.
