Ann: Annual Financial Report 30 June 2013 , page-2

Anyone could share some opinion about this financial report? This company has about 11mil cash including Term Deposit on hand @ 30/06/2013. Market cap is less then 10mil & NPV of project is $600mil. How is this low MC justified? Is this company expecting any sort of news in the future to turn the SP around?

For TA perspective, seems like there are some demand of shares @ current level. Once loose shares are all soaked, I think MTE is due for a good run. I am looking to top up more shares if it decides to close the gap first (about 4.2c IMO).
