Dandman, I'd be very surprised if there's a scale back. They have struggled to get holders to participate in the past. I also think they had difficulty placing the CR. If its over subscribed, I reckon the board will take every cent it can. It's been a very long time since they could get 20 cents in a CR.
Here is hoping that we finally rid the SP of the decimation caused by that crazy La Jolla deal.
