Reminds me of what SG does; turn the flow rates down (by adjusting flow, having pump breakdowns, parafin problems etc etc) which then increases the overheads and wages are extended. SH get taken to the cleaners whilst all others are paid wages and well never looks to make a profit so even the CN holders don't get their 5% of profit fro wells.
