Gekkoboi10, regardless of whether what you heard was accurate or not, we hear rumours on HC on a regular basis. Most are rubbish so most of us are sceptical of anything unsubstantiated. We have to be. If what you heard was accurate, it sounds like a short term issue that can easily be fixed through better site management and has no bearing on the quality or value of the asset.
