If I put a retaining wall next to a side house pathway whats the rules?
Do I have to have some sort of safety fence next to the pathway ?
The height of the retaining wall will be 1.5 metres to the ground below
And also the retaining wall will not be pure vertical...it will be tiered from top to bottom.
