The figures I used had nothing to do with the financial viability of the two versions, it was only the potential difference of income between the two using only the Libs figures.
Who cares what the potential difference in income is? If I spend 1$ and earn 10c, is that worse than if I spend $100 and earn 20c. The critical factor is the total cost of the project to build and maintain, the time to rollout, and the take up rate. Baloney potential future income figures based on multiplying figures from throwing darts at a dartboard has no bearing on the viability of this project.
