Do you think that private funded infrastructure programmes are going to benefit all Australians?

No reason why it can't with the proper legislation. Why is every other country using private enterprise to fund theirs and we're throwing wads of taxpayer dollars at ours. Any logical explanation? Not the 'Australia is at the forefront' reasoning, that did a fat lot of good for our lead-from-the-front carbon tax idea.
