getting back the SP it was before Derby pre-court date pep talk from OBL, since then $300k raised @ 2 cents and then yesterdays passing of another 100 mil share and opies if needed.

If Derby granted $1.75 mil from OXX (that's been signed sealed and ready to as soon as the obvious happens) will give OBL the funds to start the drilling programme. If they drill and find something of value then you would see a bigger player come on board and take up the 100mil or a big chunk of it.....

So to me it's pretty simple, Derby granted OBL ok , not granted or delayed again down the gurgler.
