Well said but also a LOI is worth wiping your backside with if your dont have a surface agreement from landowners,
Something SMM had been trying to get for ages but never understood the locals and thought they could buy their way into Isabel,
This unique approach by Axiom is what sets us apart and is what is even giving us the opportunity to access such a resource.
The way I see it and I'm glad to be proven wrong is
Firstly.... Axiom has done nothing wrong, this whole fight should be SMM vs SI gov
Secondly even if the courts say the tender process was buggered up big time then we go to re tender and axiom KB will end up getting it anyways.
