even if it had - my post from earlier is very valid:

the week should see momentum building for the end of mediation hearing friday - then if it does not come to resolution if will continue as a full on court battle early next year
whatever the outcome this friday - thereafter, the parties can at any time make up and get on with life by settling out of court IMO

this possibility is high - since the longer GSK waits - the stronger Biotas case may get ( orders building with lack of capacity - GSK did not promote Relenza sufficiently - nor did they provide capacity to produce sufficiently

the longer GSK waits - the more obvious it becomes - it will eventually hurt

so GSK would most likely fix this in the next 4 weeks (my guess)
