Hope the same will happen here with DML. I was not brave enough to catch BBG.
IMO, as long as the bank is stil willing to extend, it is good news that will allow time for DML find the willing buyer.
Not too keen on refinance as the interest rate will most likely to hit the roof as the risk of the company has changed.
