    Do note early that those KAS figures are for an NPV10 not an NPV8 that the CSD figures are based on. There is a big difference in the two measures.

    Plus, like CSD, those figures are well out of date with KAS mine life now a minimum of 10 years rather than 6.6 years and the indicative NPV10 now $242m and IRR 38.3%.
