Its an interesting little tid bit. If PVn farm-in they will be a potential funding source. Either that or the JV will dilute them due to CAPex requirements. Then there is Dongfang; we may be able to share some infrastructure and logistics and hence B105 could become a very profitable operation. Wages and state taxes are also very low. I'd say the majority of production will go to vietnam but china is also an option. Both are deficient in clean energy.
This is going to be an interesting week for various reasons. This may sounds silly but there is no doubt in mind that many will be disappointed with 'how' the well news is delivered. I doubt there will be any bells and whistles.
