    Hi dpdebrec,

"The only current negative for the stock is my KNOCKERS index which in ISN has a strong negative correlation. I would like some of the knockers to return! Come on: Ridiculous market cap of nearly 200 million without even having a sale... Next move will see paper moving into strong institutional and investor hands."

I'd be more than happy to accept an invitation to be added to your 'KNOCKERS index' on the ISN threads, providing either your good self or someone else here would be willing to accept my invitation to answer a couple of simple questions?

ISN is reminiscent of the dot.com bubble madness days when investors were completely ignorant towards the fundamentals, and put simply, irrational exuberance was certainly king. Even Isonea's (non-exclusive) CEO has already begun boasting of his ability to 'increase this publicly traded mobile healthcare app developer's market capitalization 5,200% from $4MM to $209MM within 12 months'. Not to be taken as an insult to MT - after all the primary s/term incentive for any CEO of a publicly listed spec company is to increase s/holder value, so all credit to him regardless of what true value I or any other 'knocker' may place on ISN.

Ok, so Isonea claim to have 'launched the world's most comprehensive asthma app' - The world's most comprehensive asthma app which failed to attract consumers leaving the company no other option but depreciate its value to $0.00.

Hey, at least they tried though - this effort alone, (with a little help from a magical PR firm) must be worth at least 5,200%. Heck, why not go for another 5200% and increase the company's market capitalization from $200m to $10 billion dollars?

Just imagine - and it wouldn't even have to stop there - ISN could begin releasing announcements with headlines claiming, "Isonea launches a $400 billion unsolicited takeover offer for Apple Inc."

Ok, so some of the 'clappers' here are now probably beginning to think, 'hey, this guy sounds like he may be exaggerating beyond due proportions' but I'm really not if you think about it, and this is the point I'm trying to make.

Let's compare this scenario with the most recent announcement from ISN as one example:

    1. "iSonea Achieves CE Mark for AirSonea Device"

    and compared to;

    2. "Isonea launches a $400 billion unsolicited takeover offer for Apple Inc."

The difference may appear quite vivid to the average investor, however to some researched investors there is very little difference, as both appear quite misleading to investors when observing the facts, with perhaps the only exception being that option 1. is more acceptable (believable) when misleading investors of a company with a market capitalization of $200m, whilst option 2. would be more acceptable (believable) for misleading investor's when/if (and providing this bubble doesn't burst first) the company increases in value by another 5200%?

As per usual, I'm beginning to write a novel when my only intention was to accept your invitation in return for seeking some answers to a couple of simple questions, so to keep it short, (and continue ignoring the fundamentals) here we have a company which already claims to be a 'global leader in FDA cleared direct to consumer healthcare' even though it has again failed in its most recent attempts (as per the two 2012/2013 FDA response letters received) to be granted OTC clearance from the FDA to sell the old Wheezometer technology in the US, and has not yet achieved (been granted) CE Marking from the European Commission to market products in any designated European states. A company which proudly boasts here of its reduced monthly cash burn from $500,000 per month to ~$300,000 per month, whilst in the most recently released, Financial Report now being audited for FY2013, it confirms a cash burn rate of over $465,000 per month? A company which currently spends approx. $5.6m in return for $10k in product sales revenue = Company's current cash reserves of $13m could historically be expected to translate into a whopping $25k, however this will be heavily reliant on attracting consumers to purchase its asthma monitoring device in the niche Australian market following minimal interest for the launch of the company's self proclaimed, 'world's most comprehensive asthma app for iPhone and Android smart phones' into the global market?

Sure, any Tom, Dick, or Harry can commission a firm to provide favorable results from surveys emailed out to overworked physicians who couldn't really care less which boxes they tick on the thousands of email surveys which bypass the 'junk' inbox year on year, so one can understand how some investors would get excited after suddenly learning that these same people who have showed no interest in prescribing this very same technology to asthma patients since first being granted FDA (prescription only) approval many years ago, are now ticking boxes indicating that ISN will become an overnight multi-billion dollar success story, and when considering that most financial institutions now spend most of their precious time figuring out how to program computer algorithms over conducting any real research, then one can more easily appreciate that the share price of ISN can rize to infinity, but sooner or later some poor souls are going to be left holding the baby, and imho that's not going to look very pretty...

Here are those few simple questions for any enthusiastic ISN holders up for the challenge on this forum:

    1. What is the official 2013 registered address for ISonea Ltd with the FDA?

    2. What is the official 2013 address for the Owner/Operator of ISonea Ltd with the FDA?

    3. Who is the Official Correspondent for ISonea Ltd with the FDA?

    4. What is the official 2013 registered address for OHK Medical Devices Ltd with the FDA?

    5. Who is one of only two Key Executives and Founder of OHK Medical Devices Ltd?

    6. Refering to Post: 7473626 posted on this forum back in 2011 can anyone name the founder of both ISonea and OHK Medical Devices where the current CEO of ISonea was quoted as saying, "an Israeli physician, whom I fired...?

    7. Why is the 2013 address status for ISonea Ltd formally registered with the FDA at the same address as the "Israeli physician, whom was fired" and why is the 2013 Owner/Operator status for ISonea Ltd formally registered with the FDA at the same address as the "Israeli physician, whom was fired"?

As previously stated, just simple questions, but I may have a few more complex ones if any holders here are up for the challenge :)
