BUT PVD has Gabon and talk of another asset possibly in Kenya to come.

TPT has a dog of a JV partner in Aust - never going to happen in my lifetime.

so TPT one trick attached to elephant PVD has 2 tricks plus possible third coming

and promotion wise correct pvd promotes, TPT do not.

do not like placing bets on any Gov - let alone and African one BUT here I am and I can only hope it happens BUT I do not believe in the "shortly" = short for you and short for Morroccan Gov a VAST difference
