17 sellers over a 9 cents range (3 cents to 3.9 cents) and three times as many over 4 cents to 4.5 cents. I believe it was a manipulation as the sells haven't followed in the 3 cents range. In fact no sellers at 3.6 cents at all. It appears to have happened quickly and no follow up hence my idea of manipulation. They have just had a capital raising, have no debt and cash in the bank include capital raising of over 3mil.
