Where does it say in the offer document who the underwritter is ?
The reason I popped the question because of Clause 13:
"13. Can the Company Change the Plan? The Plan may be changed, suspended or terminated by the Company at any time. If the Company changes, suspends or terminates the Plan it will advise ASX. The accidental omission to give notice of changes to or suspension or termination of the Plan or the non-receipt of any such notice will not invalidate the change, suspension or termination."
