re: wa sunday times-cabe Hi Cabe and Co.,
Yes, an announcement or 2 would be nice before Christmas. Even better, what about an announcement at the AGM on Thursday, as a way of justifying the lucrative option deals for directors which will no doubt be approved!
A reread of recent reports indicates they have hinted at the possibility of several announcements in the near future: e.g.
... opening of a London office by the end of 2005 and the sale of simulators and consulting services shortly after...
...new simulator training programs being developed...
... embark on further detailed commercial discussions before the end of 2005...
    ...Baby airway trials already commenced...
... application lodged for Ausindustry grant...
... new Chairman to take over soon and up to 3 existing directors to step down...( assume this means that the Peregrine connections feel they have done their job, in terms of getting the company on the right track?)
Not bad for a company with a market cap. - at the end of trading today- of approx. $18.5 million. Bringing some of the above to fruition, plus the prospect of further Medic Vision sales in Asia suggest that there is little downside likely now and the possibility of huge upside, especially in the options. ( Disclosure - I hold heaps!) My only concern with the options would be if the company wanted to do a share restructure of some sort, thus forcing option holders to convert earlier than they had planned.
Perhaps that issue can be followed up at the AGM? One wonders if a company anticipating exponential growth will look for greater liquidity than what can be currently offered with 51 million f.p's and 33 million options?
