Yes the funding is important but at what price?

If it is done at 1c raising $25m that means 2.5bn new shares and will be a hand brake for the SP. It really depends on the price. It is unlikely given the silly 1.5c placement to be a price at or more than 1.5c.
I like the story but the price of the funding is critical.
