W, you have missed very little. The QBE price dropped after the results were published (they did go over $17 at one stage before then) and have ranged mostly in the $15 to $15.50 since then, until today.
I suspect very little will change until we have some real news, such as a large catastrophe (bad) or an indication that US interest rates will increase (good).
In the meantime on this board there will be lots of pretty diagrams with comments pretending that they can predict such things.
As for me, I continue to hold with a view that $20 will come soon after US interest rates start to normalise, which may be a couple of years. I sold 30% a few months ago when QBE hit 15% of my DIY fund value but have held since then.
