Not the kind of action for a man who has voluntarily escrowed his 45% stake until the second half of 06, nor the action of a man who was buying more shares in the mid to high 30c range only a month or so ago. Still i guess nothing is impossible and if you prefer to sit on the sidelines for confirmation then that is probably a sensible idea - but with confirmation will come a marked increase in the shareprice.
