Questionable assertion.
6c x 300,000 = $18k profit (pre-brokerage)
I doubt "fundies" with hundreds of millions or billions under management would get excited by such a measly gain.
Even if they are trading, they would more likely pick liquid blue chips than relatively illiquid stocks like SYR.
