The MOO release the other day stated delays due to regulatory permitting with regards to mining restart at Baal Gammon and the finalisation of a PoO with respect to the application for a TEP.

With regards the AGM notification I would think it would be after the PFS and commercial arrangement discussions so that resolutions can be included in the agenda. So I think a late November AGM (and mining restart once they have nutted out profit sharing arrangements etc)

So from that ... my guess 21/10/2013
