Personally I find this TH an odd announcement, which is not saying that results will not good.
They are basically saying they want a TH so they can understand and evaluate the results before releasing them.
Why wouldn't they just be 'understanding' and 'evaluating' as part of their daily duties with no announcement, and then come to the market with a market sensitive ann. that contains the results?
Evaluate is normal, but understand leans towards something that is perplexing to them amidst all this....interesting times. Wouldn't be high FIVE-ing just yet.
