It's pretty simple - if they can get grade and recoveries up without changing the capex number this will look a lot better (+ any additional tonnes will also help)
-grade - hopefully by incorporating phase 7 drill results + further optimisation
-recovery - optimisation - they have added capex for SXEW yet recoveries went down in study? There's either a lot of issues here or a lot of potential (probably both)
If can get grade up to say 2.2% (from 1.7%) and recoveries to say 84% then on back of an envelope cost per lb should reduce by c.30% to c.$1.42/lb. Then we have a robust looking project that will work at sub $3 Cu prices.
I've got no idea if the above is technically feasible - the deposit may just be sub-economic - but it's what gots to happen to get this project off the ground. The other alternative is they strike something massive nearby.
