What I am saying is that they have raised more money in CRs then what their current market capital is.

I am also saying so far by the current market capital there has been no added value to the company.

Post consolidation figures used:

29/08/11 SP .427 CR announced at .374 and SP fell to .352
12/3/12 SP .418 CR announced at .418 and SP fell to .391
14/11/13 SP .652 CR announced at .594 and SP fell to .543
20/08/13 SP .40 CR announced at .32 and SP fell to .32

So where is the value being added, as I said before every time the SP breaks upwards there appears to be a CR announced

My figures could be wrong and I know that each time there are more shares issue then there is a dilution affect
