The point is, (and no one seem to discuss it properly), that, unless I have missed the ball altogether, this 19.9% of the shares that will issued to the Chinese, is not just 19.9% of the JV in Cockatoo, but they will own 19.9% in total of all of PLV. And that will include any further operations that we will ever be involved in, for the future. Including Irvine and whatever else that we will be doing.

If it was just for Cockatoo, I wouldn't mind it. But it is not. So, we will now have a situation where the combined holdings of both the Chinese entities will control about 40% of anything that we have now, and in the future. Plus of course the yielding of power that they can have on us and at their whim.

In all of my years of investing, I have yet to find a company, or having enjoyed the benefits of a company, that has boomed no end and where the shareholders/investors have reaped huge benefits, where the Chinese are holding such a controlling stake amount.

You will only find such a huge support from the shareholders of a company the likes of CDU where they are still on the beliefs to the contrary. Yet, this is so, even when the major shareholder has given up and moved on while writing off such huge losses, by following that route.

For the life of me, I can't see as to why such a major shareholders (the largest one mind you), would sell out at a loss and move on in search of greener pastures, if it was all going to be as good as anticipated, and if they thought that they were going to benefit no end, and greatly, by continuing to stay invested in that Company with all of the Chinese in there.

    Anyway, you can all DYOR!!!

If anyone can prove me wrong, I would very much appreciate it because it is really concerning me.

I do know what someone may come out now with, and telling me to sell out and move on. Nevertheless, we have to face reality. One thing is for sure though. And that is that, if and when most of my losses will be recovered, I won't be waiting to get reminded by someone here. It will take a huge turn on the side of the company to make me reconsider my position when the time will come.

By the way, I am still waiting for the clarification to the Announcement from the company, plus the clarification to whoever it is that is holding, or have full control of, the WEG shares, which I have been advised that it would happen.

    Good luck all.
