What a joke, the article goes on to blame the French that were working for JPM. 920million is a joke it didn't even affect the SP more than 1%. Not one senior executive has been tried over the GFC Whale or any other criminal act. You will only change their culture if you put a couple of the board members in jail or at least bankrupt them. Its just a show for the people, a misdirection while the activity goes on.
