    also if CR is involved it will be interesting to see which categories of SH's are able to participate in the CR - will it be offered to all SH's or the sophisticated SH's? - as $0.65c (if that is the price) IMO undervalues the company so those who can get shares at that price will literally be laughing - all IMO only so DYOR.
