Surely ANLN deferred shares become ANL ordinary shares when the rights are all fully paid up on Feb 14. Then in the following week, when registry has caught up with registrations etc, ANLN disappears and everyone is left with plain vanilla ANL shares again.
If this is the case, why then are the ANLN's at 6 cents and the ANL's at 8 cents, despite the fact that in 2 weeks time these will effectively be one in the same?
Thereotically there should not be such a big gap. Logic suggests these prices should be much closer, but then this market is not logical.
Am I missing something? Are the ANL ord shares now trading 'ex rights'?
Anybody, anybody?
