I'm not a tech man.
Bell Potter trough his tech department publiszed a document raising their estimation to a "MINIMUM of 4 TCF" as per result of Positive Proteus.(for sure sevweral guys here can forward to you this text)
On top of Bell Potter several other analists (inclusive the guy that gives me tech advise) are 100% positive that the results on Proteus can't leave room to one general upgrade in the market.
The two major brokers UBS and Mquarie both also in their announcements increase their views (in spite mquarie didnt change his target price from 9 to 9.
Meaning/...
