Hi ML. With a large amount of options to be coming on board soon, it would be unlikely, imo, to have a takeover (if there was to be one) before they expire- it would be too much cash for a suitor to pay out. You are right, though, in that the share price can fall here, and investors just sell the options and take that profit, and would probably still be in the green.
