Tom, be very careful when making these statements as they can be seen as a misrepresentation which is a breach of the corporations act. It can raise serious questions of the company and yourself, just be thankful that HC moderates them to limit the exposure of itself and its users.

As a shareholder you are entitled to ask company management a question and they should answer the question as long it is market privy data either announced or available with the appropriate research. Just be careful if you decide to publicise these correspondences as it can sound like you are talking for the company. It may help to ask for permission to post it on HC and to clarify specific wordings or to advise the company to clarify issues in the future via an announcement or at the AGM.

I have studied the corporations law and realise there is a grey area which stock forums have created and that there are reforms needed to clarify the law on what makes a comment misrepresentation. I don't want to see anyone on here get in trouble but there is an need to better understand the responsibilities of participants on this forum.
