Again you are blinded by the comparisons - Its about making my life easier. Whether its property/shares/farms etc they are all the common end. You are missing that point. The model I have adopted is much faster wealth appreciation than your typical property investing.
I have run the numbers on here many times. The truth is many on here such as yourself,malaga,23,N will build wealth. It will happen but it will take a long time.
I do not want it to take a long time. It does not have to. It cannot be for everyone but some can do it. I am one of those people as is Rameez.
