I will be voting against the bid, mainly because it would result in a loss for me and because it is obviously a low ball bid.
The share price has not been great for the last year but this is not surprising as all resource stocks have been pretty lousy so it is not alone.
If China continues to grow the share will return to > 40c. From previous experience I am not expecting anything worthwhile from the experts valuation, they normally value it at the price that meets the buy range of the person/s commissioning the report.
