re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... the 2012 agm only had about 87m votes on the renumeration report

there should be more interest this year - say 100m votes - thus 50m votes against the options being issued should do the trick

in the absence of any detailed target information and/or drill results that will ramp up the sp 7 days before the agm, then I will be voting against the options being issued.

if ser deliver a big ramp 7 days prior to the agm then I would probably vote for the options being issued, but by that time my negative vote will have already been made
