pintohoo There is an element of risk in whatever we do or invest in. If everyone stopped taking risks we would have a miniscule market place in all aspects. I think its really all about using ones brains and not trying to become a multi million air over night. The first step is always the most risky but then with good sound thinking and management it shouldn't be too difficult. When I carried property investment debt I always insured it in case my wife got left holding the baby. Cost a few extra bob but gave all peace of mind.
