Nice post Doogs.
Gave you a thumbs up.
I too have been a Docker supporter since their inception.
I returned from a week in Bali, late on Friday arvo, drove 4.5 hours home to Albany by midnight, sold the products i produce in an open market till midday, then smacked a tennis ball till 5.00 pm.
I was so stuffed by AFL game time that i couldnt feel any emotion till this morning.
Its interesting how Freos success has galvanized the support of a % of Eagle followers. Although short lived , i respect them for that support.
I have dreamed of this week to come for a long time, and feel Freo is cherry ripe to take the chocolates.
Freos main obstacles will be the fitness of Johnson and MacPharlin.
Also handling the big guys,Roughy and Franklins marking and strength.
I think Clarke could be handy down back to spoil, if they start getting on top. Sandy could go solo in the ruck for long periods, freeing up Clarke.
Macca has never been dominated by Franklin , but is match shy and carrying some injury.
A lot of talk is that Hawks have dominated Freo in the past, but to look at this in perspective, Freo has had to travell to Tassie, often on shitty cold wet days, with understrenth sides. Its a lot further to travell from WA than VIC.
Anyway this game should be a corker, but freo by 24 pts
