Rijkers wrote this on page 3 of the said Desk Note. "The operational cost of production is assumed at $30/kg of mixed REO produced or $145/t of ore processed."

The word 'assumed' is gone missing.

Rijkers also wrote: " ... we believe our assumption for cost of production are likely to be higher than the actual cost of production, providing flexibility to the mode."

Note the word 'assumption'. He is stating the assumption is likely higher than actual cost of production.
