not saying that failure is inevitable, just highlighting one reasonably possible end game. Have seen it before. I don't think there is anything too special about Chinese lenders over any others. Just a cautionary note.
Would have liked to see the funding announcements clarified a bit faster than this. Good reason to have some apprehension based on the argument in my previous post IMO.
Will be interested to read the auditors opinion and the directors "going concern" disclosure. I don't know the financial position of KML at the moment, but one would have to suspect that it will only remain solvent into the near future pursuant to Ansteel's cash and in GBG's case the Ansteel BRIDGING LOAN arrangements.
You seemed not too concerned about the wording around these announcements. The fact that the company hasn't come out sooner to clarify the previous announcements in regard to funding, is very worrying for shareholders IMHO.
