Certainly pretty poor when you have to check the Jubilee website for updates. Still it is close to the 30th Sept now and still no vote on the merger following the earlier delay. I suspect the vote can't take place in that time as there is no time for shareholder notices to be sent out so I do wonder what happens next? The whole deal falls over and we start out again? At current value in the latest deal with Jubilee we would get close to 1 pence per PLa share. Not the best of possible outcomes!
