Mr Jordan described the Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal decision handed down yesterday as odd and disappointing.
If the body's that are set up by gov to deal with environmental concerns are that incapable of doing their job scrap them ! and stop wasting time and money ! or change the bloody LAW that allows minority groups to sweep aside the decisions made by the so call EPA and courts of LAW. or what do we have apart from chaos.
