The question Lairy is "why are the authorities allowing institutions like UBS to get away with such behaviour?"

That is, how can you be advising on the outlook for a company and be "manipulating" the share price?

This is clearly wrong on many fronts. When will our so-called "police" get out of their slumber?

My take on them is that they are there simply to give the impression that someone is on guard duty, but hey, nothing to stop you getting robbed blind!!!!
