    Coobator it is the complete opposite of a pump and dump. EPW have no intentions of dumping the 190,000,000 shares they have accumulated. It is the other weak and fearful holders that are selling now. If a company like EPW accumulating 10% of the stock doesn't give investors confidence I don't know what will.
